Colton Wandke

Colton Wandke is an experienced financial executive and entrepreneur specializing in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic advisory services. He has built a reputation for his ability to identify, structure, and execute complex financial transactions, helping businesses navigate challenging financial decisions and drive long-term success.

Colton is the Co-Founder and Partner at DECA Analytics, LLC, a leading corporate advisory and business analytics firm based in Puerto Rico. He oversees the firm’s capital markets services and strategic initiatives in this role. His focus includes transaction advisory, tax credits, grants, and debt financing programs. Under his leadership, DECA has become a key partner for innovation-driven companies in Puerto Rico, assisting them in navigating incentive programs, ensuring compliance, and accessing non-dilutive capital sources such as federal and local grants and transferable R&D tax credits.

In addition to his role at DECA, Wandke is a founding Partner at the PR Innovation Fund (PRIF), a specialized lender managing approximately $34 million in assets. The fund provides financing solutions for research and development-based businesses in Puerto Rico. He oversees underwriting, ensuring proper due diligence and structuring financing opportunities to meet high-growth, innovation-driven companies' unique needs.

Colton is also a Founding Member of Assured Cyber Solutions (ACS), a veteran-majority-owned cybersecurity firm. At ACS, he manages the firm’s financial operations and supports its strategic growth initiatives. His experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising has been instrumental in helping ACS expand its reach within the technology sector.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Wandke gained valuable experience in investment banking and private equity. During this time, he led numerous buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and participated in significant debt and equity capital raises. His experience in the Life Sciences and Technology sectors has further enhanced his ability to guide high-growth businesses through financial challenges.

Colton Wandke holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the SDSU Fowler College of Business and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. His financial expertise continues to drive the success of his ventures and the businesses he supports.
